Designed for ease of use, the Scholar 425 pH meter can meet the needs of the student just learning pH to the grad student that requires accurate pH measurements. With only three buttons the 425's simple interface allows anyone to do pH’s quickly and easily. Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) capability is standard. The large display provides simultaneous output of both pH and temperature. Can be used with either AC/DC adapter (included) or 6 AA batteries.
Can be purchased with a general purpose glass electrode. The Model 425 may also be purchased with a gel filled electrode. The combination gel filled electrode requires little maintenance for multiple user environments and costs less. These specific electrodes are not 3 in 1 ATC capable. (Order 42549-00 electrode separately if you need automatic temperature compensation).
