The Barnstead Classic Stills are designed for durability and consistent quality. All Classic Stills incorporate a low water cut-off to prevent still burn-out in case of feedwater interruption. Classic Stills are manufactured from copper and bronze, with a coating of pure tin, which will not leach any contaminants into the water. Feedwater is preheated in the condenser, for energy conservation. Double walled evaporator also conserves energy. Vented condenser allows for stripping of gaseous impurities. Unique deconcentrator removes scale forming impurities. Q- baffle removes pyrogens. Can be bench, floor or wall mounted.
