Controller can turn on chemical, water, or air pumps as part of a sampling process; warm up instruments at preset times; and automate testing, heating, mixing, or even the feeding of animals.
Four of the outlets are time-controlled and four are manual. Safety features include a lighted on/off switch and a "push-to-reset" circuit breaker. Unit is UL-listed and is rated to 15 amps, 1000 Watts at 125 VAC. Supplied with a rugged plastic case and 4-foot cord with a three-pronged, grounded plug.
Controller is tested and components are "burned-in" to eliminate the possibility of field failure.
The 24-hour electromechanical controller has index pins, which are raised or lowered to set trip times. Pins constantly display all time settings; a single glance verifies an entire program. May be set in any 15-minute increment. Program repeats itself every day. The size is 9-1/2 x 2-3/4 x 1-1/2 inches and weight is 1 pound.
