Thermometers are certified and traceable to the NIST. Mounted in a square shaped shatterproof plastic bottle filled with ethylene glycol to insure accurate readings despite the opening of the instrument doors. Thermometers are TeflonŽ coated for safety and break resistance. Each thermometer is serialized to insure accuracy in record keeping. Velcro is attached to the bottle to permit attachment to walls or doors of the instrument being checked. Designed for total immersion.
