Prints current temperature readings and maximum/minimum readings. Provides a permanent record of temperature and time of day/date/month with printing intervals of 1 minute to 100 hours. Two-line LCD display continuously and simultaneously shows temperature an time. The printer automatically prints temperature, high/low memory, and current time of day at any programmed interval or by manual command. Printout shows the exact time and date, in 24-hour format, when the highest and lowest temperatures occurred. Display is updated every ten seconds. Supplied with probe, ten-foot paper roll, carrying case, and 4 AA batteries.
