Wooden acid cabinets have no interior metal components to rust or corrode. Constructed of 1" thick high density plywood, either partially or fully lined with 0.125" polypropylene. Hinges are wooden; any fasteners used are plastic. Units have one fixed-position shelf, two interlocking doors, recessed top with liquid tight polypropylene tray to be used as a dispensing area, and four leveling feet. Floor is recessed to contain spills. Finish is blue epoxy paint with "ACID" printed on the cabinet in 6" red letters.
Fully lined cabinet has polypropylene lining on floor, interior walls, shelf, interior top and top tray. Partially lined cabinet is covered on the floor shelf and top tray only. Both cabinets have wooden handles and polypropylene lock assembly, with padlock and two keys. Both units accommodate the optional nitric acid compartment. Bottle capacity is 30 x 2.5L or 90 x 500mL. Dimensions 36-1/2H x 31W x 20"D.
