The ATAGO DR-A1 features digital readout of either nD or Brix, electronic prism temperature measurement, and Automatic Temperature Compensation 0-50°C (while in the Brix mode). Operation is simple: 1) place sample on prism and close cover; 2) while looking through the eyepiece rotate the adjustment control knob until the shadowline is centered in the crosshairs; 3) the reading and temperature are displayed on the LCD screen. The DR-A1 combines high accuracy (±0.0002 for nD, ±0.1% for Brix) and a wide range (1.3000 to 1.71000 for nD, 0.0 to 95.0% for Brix).
