For continuous service with glass vessels. Aluminum cast top has integral ribs to prevent warping or buckling. Maximum temperature 371°C. (700°F). Thermostat holds temperature within plus or minus 3°C. Graduated dial permits resetting for identical temperatures. Heating elements are embedded in refractory cement for long life and good heat transfer. Perforated steel base permits cooling air to circulate around controls and keep benchtop cool. 12 x 12" model supplied with cord and plug, but 12 x 24" models must be connected through electrical conduit fittings.
