For operation up to 2200°F (1200°C) these furnaces heat rapidly through the use of open coil heating elements on both sides of the chamber. The door is spring loaded and effectively seals the chamber. Power to the heating elements is removed by an interlock switch when the door is opened. Contaminants and moisture are removed through the venting system. Chamber size is 5" x 4" x 6"D. Unit operates on 110V, 50/60Hz, 1000W. Includes on/off switch, thermocouple and three wire cord and plug. Control designation are:
A) Basic automatic digital control holds accurately at one temperature. Single digital display indicates chamber temperature.
B) Automatic single set point which allows you to monitor both the set point and actual chamber temperature, includes OTP alarm.
C) Programmable 4 ramps, 4 dwells.
D) Programmable 8 ramps, 8 dwells plus RS232 communications. Stores up to four programs.
