Protector® Premier Laboratory Hoods, Labconco-By-Pass Airflow Design
Hood interiors are completely molded, one piece fire retardant fiberglass. Hood exterior is a tough, scratch resistant, epoxy coated steel. Hoods come with two high efficiency vapor proof fluorescent lights (25 Watts each on 4 foot models; 32 Watts each on 5 and 6 foot models). A clear, counterbalanced vertical rising sash and air foil are standard features. All models have light and blower switches. Hoods are available with no electrical duplex receptacle or service fixtures or with one electrical duplex and two service fixtures. Pre-plumbed service fixtures are for cold water (copper tubing) and gas (brass tubing). Components for converting either or both fixtures to air and vacuum are provided. Hoods have removable front and side panels and front access panels for access to plumbing and electrical wiring. Hoods are built to accommodate remote blower or come complete with a built-in blower. Color is glacier white.
