A simplified, economical colorimeter. The selective light filters used are highly specific, isolating a relativity narrow spectral range of not more than 50-70 millimicrons. Standardized test tubes holding about 16mL of solution are used with this colorimeter. However, only 5mL of solution is needed to make a reading. Supplied with two graduated test tubes, two filters and instruction manual with methods for biochemical procedures.
