A simple hand tool having an adjustable cutter for removing a disc from can ends without disturbing the can seam. In use, the pointed end is punched through the center of the can end and the cutting blade is adjusted to the size disc which is desired to be removed. Simple rotation of 360º of the can removes the disc. Overall length is 11 inches.
