Provides accurate measurements from the top of the double seam to the bottom of the countersink adjacent to the chuck wall. Gauges for beverage cans are 4" long and use a carbide tip with a .015" radius. Gauges for sanitary cans are 7" long, and use a .030" radius carbide tip. Countersink gauges are equipped with digital indicators which are switchable between inch/mm. Available with readability to .0001"/.001mm or .0005"/.01mm. The digital indicators have an SPC output for connection to automated seam analysis systems such as the WACO Accuseam 3000. All WACO countersink gauges are supplied in a foam lined plastic case.
