The Accuseam 2000 digitally scans, analyzes, and measures the can seam, then compares the results against a user-defined specification. Out-of-spec readings are highlighted on the monitor for corrective action by the operator. The Accuseam 2000 improves speed, accuracy, and virtually eliminates human error and misinterpretation.

Images of can seams with their dimensions can be saved on the computer hard drive for future reference. This feature is invaluable in documenting seam problems. Up to 16 saved images can be displayed on the monitor simultaneously for easy comparison.

The Accuseam 2000 features a modular design which allows QC departments to purchase the system in sections.
