Parr Mini Reactors offer the laboratory technician an assortment of completely packaged systems for handling pressure reactions safely in small volumes at moderate pressures and temperatures. Each of these compact units is equipped with all necessary fittings for handling and mixing liquids and gases under heat and pressure with vigorous stirring and automatic temperature control, including provisions for adding or withdrawing gas or liquids during a procedure and for monitoring the reaction pressure and temperature.
Reactors in this series are rated for a maximum working pressure of 3000 psig when equipped with a magnetic drive. This rating is reduced to 2000 psig for units equipped with a packing gland. Working temperature on all units is 350ºC. All stainless steel construction. Catalog items shown are base part numbers. Applications will vary for users.
