Tests carbonation levels (volumes of CO2) in beverages. Fast measurement of temperature and pressure. Used to test carbonated beverages in glass/PET bottles and cans. This instrument uses a dual scale pressure gauge (0 to 60psi and 0 to 4.2Kg/cm2) and an adjustable 2" dial thermometer (25 to 125°F and -5 to-55°C.). The device pierces the can or bottle. Two measurements are taken, pressure and temperature. This data is used with two pressure/temperature relationship charts (included) to find the volumes of CO2 gas dissolved. The D.T. Piercing Device is supplied in one-and three-liter sizes.
