| Provide
accurate measurements from the top of the double seam to the bottom of
the countersink adjacent to the chuck wall. Gauges for beverage cans
are 4 long and use a carbide tip with a .007 radius. Gauges for
sanitary cans are 7 long, and use a .030 radius carbide tip. Countersink
gauges are equipped with a digital indicator which is switchable between inch/mm, and reads to
.0001/.001mm or .0005"/.01mm. The digital indicators have an SPC output for connection
to automated seam analysis systems such as the WACO Accuseam 3000.
All WACO countersink gauges are supplied in a foam lined plastic case.
